I follow an integrated and scientifically based approach that includes transactional analysis, in a meta cognitive perspective.
Schema Therapy, ACT, and mentalization are approaches I work with, as well as mindfulness and Gestalt Therapy.
Supervision is an important and constant professional confrontation, in my work, just as my personal therapy has been a great opportunity for personal development and awareness.
I worked for many years in a family counselling center – in Italy – a place where anyone could have psychological counseling (adults, teenager or couples). This experience lasted for seven years.
I worked as Social Counselor, coaching people facing a career change, and in self-help groups with family members of people with disabilities, or parents who have applied for adoptions. I was also a volunteer in an help line.
I have worked with people with different problems: drug and alcohol abuse, psychiatric diagnoses, helpline counseling, refugees, teenagers with family and social problems. Every work experience is an important element of my professional and human training.
I moved to Denmark in 2016 and I’m offering my professional help, in Italian or English.
I have been a member of the Dansk Psykolog Forening since 2020.
