HOW DO THE FAT MELTING INJECTIONS WORK?

WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED WITH AQUALYX® FAT DISSOLVING INJECTIONS?

THE TREATMENT
The AQUALYX™ procedure is a fat dissolving injection administered as follows:
- A professional and comprehensive consultation is completed
- The client’s medical history form is completed and then reviewed
- Areas of concern are marked
- An infection control procedure is completed for treated areas
- The AQUALYX™ solution is injected in the subcutaneous fat deposits
- After further consultation, follow-up treatment may be required
AFTER THE TREATMENT
Information for post-treatment care after injection with AQUALYX™ :
- Do not expose any treated area to extreme temperature from direct heat or excessive cold. Heat sources that should be avoided include direct sunlight and use of a sauna.
- Do not partake in physical exercise for 5 days.
- Cosmetics should not be applied to any area treated for at least 12 hours.
- Avoid using anti-inflammatory drugs (Ibuprofen etc.)
- Note that the appearance of bruising may affect the Aqualyx area.
- Other effects may include sensations of itching/burning, pressure/aches, minor pain and swelling
